Michael Yadeta is Chief Executive Officer of Delta Engineering Group LLC
experience in design and management of civil engineering projects,
including streets/roadways, water distribution and treatment facilities,
wastewater collection and treatment facilities, and land development.
As co-founder of the company, he oversees the overall strategic
operations and development of the company to successfully serve the
needs of our clients. Mr. Yadeta is a professional engineer Practicing
Highway Engineers/ Construction Manager and has served as primary
contact for numerous public, private and institutional clients Including
over 12 African Country.
Charles E. Wright
Mr. Wright, our Senior Vice President, has 29 years of experience in water,
wastewater, Storm water and transportation projects, including client contact
and project management, design, and preparation of contract document
specifcations and construction inspection for numerous civil engineering
projects. Mr. Wright oversees the construction inspection department for
contract development, developing policies and procedures, hiring,
scheduling, and training program for certi?cations of staf
Deborah D. Foust
Ms. Foust brings over 31 years of experience to Her responsibilities include
developing client relationships for transportation services in Pennsylvania
and throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Ms. Foust will continue to oversee
new transportation projects as Senior Transportation Manager and will assist
as QA/QC Manager on existing transportation projects. She will also focus
efforts on the strategic processes of N&W’s Transportation Division to continue
its high level of performance as the frm enters a new phase of growth.
Ms. Foust has vast experience with composing proposals, management of
multiple projects, developing QA/QC standards, and managing personnel,
budgets, schedules and communications with Clients.
